In northern Uganda, our work is taking shape alongside local leaders and entrepreneurs already creating pathways toward stability.

What our local team is doing
Turning local insight into practical pathways.
Our local team begins with the businesses and ambitions already present in Rhino Camp. Together with local leaders and entrepreneurs, they are:
- Providing entrepreneurial training to strengthen practical business skills.
- Assessing existing businesses to understand what is working, where gaps remain, and what owners need next.
- Connecting entrepreneurs with resources, trusted mentorship, and pathways to capital.
The aim is not to replace local initiative, but to help it grow.
